- Preparation of property for owner/tenant occupation
• Cleaning of residence
• Preparing bedding and linen
• Stocking house with necessities
- Leasing Property as directed by owner
- Advertising
- Location and screening of rental applicants
- Lease negotiation
- Rent collection
- Paying property/land taxes yearly
- Paying property/land taxes to the government yearly
All fees are negotiated by property and complexity of services.
Rainforest Realty maintains accounts in the US and Belize for ease of access to funds for the firm's clients.
Note: For your convenience we are now accepting credit card payments for services associated with buying property or property management services.
A service fee will be required to use this automated system which is not refundable.
1. In the event you need to request a refund, please note that service fees for transactions are non-refundable.
2. When requesting a refund, all request must be made within 7 days of original transaction.
3. Rainforest Realty has the right to deduct any charges incurred in the event of a refund.
