Diving in Belize anyone ?

Diving anyone ?

You know the 1st time my Brother came to visit me in Belize, he was not over the top excited to dive here. Reason being, he lived in the U.A.E. and had the opportunity to dive all over the world.

I reminded him that Belize is WELL known for their STELLAR diving and that we have the 2nd largest barrier reef in the world. So, he planned on diving one dive, then we would head inland to where I live.

All I can say, is I wish I had a video camera turned on, when he met my family and I back at the resort, because, he said “ WOW, I have to dive more here ! The diving is AMAZING “ ! Well, so there you have it, I had the chance to say, I told you so, and passed on it.

I just smiled !

So then comes the U.A.E. based, English Newspaper, The National, and they go on to chose Belize as the SECOND best place in the world to dive !!!!!!!

Belizean rap artist Shyne living his life as an Orthodox Jew in Israel

Belizean rap artist Shyne, who has come thru the Puff Diddy incident in 1999 New York shooting incident, that landed him in jail for 10 years has blossomed.

Often times we see people who take the bad hits in life and keep spiraling downward, not Shyne !

Now living his life as an Orthodox Jew in Israel, Shyne has taken the hard knocks and moved forward towards offering his life works to benefit Humanitarian casues.

Specifically, he has done this by being involved with the King David Foundation in Belize and just last year, donated a recording studio to the community in Belize City.

You know, being that Shyne is the Prime Minster of Belize’s Son, I would say he comes from great stock and is living his life as a tribute !

Belize is blessed to have a role model that walks his path, irrespective of a past, as a mirror of what one goes thru to come out on the other side as a beautiful human living life that helps others.

You know one of the main things I ADORE about Belize, is the hospitality and kindness of the people here. You can feel the genuine welcoming spirit of Belizeans from the moment you land into Belize.

Often you will hear people that are serving you at a local restaurant, or staff at a hotel, when you say Thank you to them - They will reply with “Well, It is my job”. Often you do not get this in the North America where I am from. People often make you feel put out to help you, serve, you or wait on you.

Often you do not feel welcomed into the business, doctor’s office or restaurant you have chosen to be a patron at.
